We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

However, a sinble Google using your question as a search term gives good results...

A dataset is better when you have more than one table. A table is good for random access, compared to a reader, which moves forward. At the end of hte day, the speed of processors today, I don't know which is faster, and I think it comes down to what you prefer.
