I have 2 Sharepoint site(one is subsite).On clicking a join button in site1, user can join site2.I want to display list of new members of the site2.

How do members join the site? Is this 2007 or 2010? You need to give more information if you expect an answer.

Interesting question, as far as I could see, there is no OOTB web-part or functionality provided for this.

Therefore, you have to go down with custom build solution for it.

If I'm mistaken on this, feel free to let me know.

I tried using custom solution.I want users from the member group who joined recently (like : in last 5 days).

But am not able to do it.Not finding anything related to datetime in group.

Pls excuse am very new to Sharepoint.

I see what you mean now.

The solution I'm picturing is a custom web part, by which based upon the corresponding site and group, you filter out all the users based upon their created date (e.g. in past 5 days).

Then display all the users on the web-part as the end result.

How does this sound to you?
