Control the remote system

Hi Seniors,
Can you please guide me the topics i need to prepare to the below situation.

Stage:1
I need to control a computer on a network.

Stage:2
I should not write any programs specially to achieve this mechanism on the remote machine.

I want to write programs in C to actually control the kernel of the remote machine.

Can this be achieved ? Can you please tell me the topics i need to master.

Solution 1

You can't "control the kernel" of an OS. If you could, nobody would be using it. The topic you need to master is "common sense".

I heard like someone from some other system had taken my system remotely and done some blah blah blah...
how come this is possible ?

Solution 2

There are ways - they are called Viruses, Trojans, and other exploits. There is a big market out there in stamping them out. To be honest, more money should be spent on stamping out script kiddies like you who think that it would be a good idea to do this.

Less than an hour ago, you want to 'enhance my yearly rating in the company to "Outstanding performance"'
Now, you want to write what will look to your company like a virus attack? And given your level of expertise (shown by asking for the info) it will be spotted by any half-decent virus scanner.
How do you think that will affect your yearly rating?
