ssrs onclick of link open a new window with parameters being passed using jump to URL

I am facing problem with passing parameters using Jump to URL,we are able to see parameters in browser url but how to pass the parameters to stored procedure to retrive the Detailed Report of the parent Report.

From the Above URL We need to pass teamName and processorName to the stored procedure as Input Parameters to fetch the detailed Report Data.

Any Ideas Please Share.
