You could try select * from table where 1 = 2

no,i have 5 or 6 tables in my db,i need to delete the data from those tables,not tables.

Try this together.
EXEC sp_MSForEachTable 'ALTER TABLE ? NOCHECK CONSTRAINT ALL'
EXEC sp_MSForEachTable 'DELETE FROM ?'
EXEC sp_MSForEachTable 'ALTER TABLE ? CHECK CONSTRAINT ALL'
