Creating a video from the images

I am trying to create a video file from multiple images, videos and songs which i am supposed to add through user interface. I also want to provide the link to user for downloading the video.

My requirement is some what simillar to

www.Animoto.com

http://www.proshowweb.com

Any help with starting the project will really be appreciated as to which 3rd party control would be the best for use or some link for the sample project simillar to this will also be of great use.
