Can anyone suggest me how to stop page flickering on postback in asp.net

I am using this meta tag but this seems not to be working in chrome browser.

Question is over 3 years old and already answered
The first link you provide specifically resolves an IE issue - OP explicitly says they have an issue with Chrome.
Second link you provide (also for IE) contains the solution the OP explicitly said did not work for them.
