How to add web browser control dll file in c#.bet web application

Hi to all,

I am using visual studio 2010 64 bit and working on c#.net 3.5.
I need to add web browser control in c#.net, I know how to import dll files in in IE but can any one tell me from where I can get web browser control dll file.

It is included in the toolbox under the common controls, drag to the form you are working with? or am i missing something here?
