Convert Template from latent image using vb.net

Hi, Im Rem,

I just want to know how i can convert a template from latent images(fingerprints) using vb.net?. Can you please help me what are some requirements or codings that will be needed to create template from latent images. because after i convert it, i will save it to database.

Any help will be gladly appreciated.
