Rotate using PCL6-871.exe

Hi,
In my software,It converts pcl file to PDF,BMP,JPEG,Tiff file.I am using PCL6-871.exe in my program.It is a Command line processing.My Problem is rotate a OutPut File like (0/90/180/270 degree). Is it possible in the PCL6-871.exe.?
