Implement log 4 net for multiple projects in 1 solution file

I have multiple projects in 1 solution file.
each has its own app.config file
I want to implement log4net on this project ,

Now the config 4 app.config should be added to all the projects or just any 1 or the projects that's gonna be executed 1st?

Solution 1

Your loading application (EXE) should setup the log4net configuration, and you just use log4net as is in your other projects (no more configuration).
