I need a help in networking programming

Hi guys
I'v tried using this source code
Sniffing using Winsock[^]
the auther mentioned this code is gonna sniff incoming packets , in fact it doesn't caputer or sniff incoming TCP packet , plz guys how can I alter it to be able capture incoming TCP packet .
note: it sniffes only outgoing TCP packet and i need bidirectional sniffing.
