Drag & Drop User Controls in ASP.NET

Hi all,

I need to design a website which will have draggable and droppable user controls in ASP.net. Clients will simply drag controls and create their own websites using this website. Something like igoogle. Which components should i use for this project? What would be my roadmap for this project?

Thanks for your help firstly. Draging is ok but how can i save the last position of controls? After refresh controls go their first position. I want to save them using login system or cache.
