Now you have to figure out what it is you are going to do with your project, its goal, because we won't choose a topic for you.
Then, you will have to think about how you are going to achieve this goal ; and again, that is your job.
Then, you will have to start coding, according to the answers you responded on both first points. During this coding, you may experience problems that you don't understand ; here we can help, providing you give us sufficient relevant informations on your problem and its context.
And if you are stuck in one of both first points, I suggest you ask for advices to your teacher(s), and you share ideas with your course-mates.

Solution 1

To write an Application using C#.Net, you have to figure-out the purpose of the application, i mean what you u want your application to archive. So state in objective what you want.
(And what is a.o.a)
