Hi Losmac,
I need some function that is used frequently in Excel. for that reason i want to write a Macro using VB.Net. If i know how to write a macro using VB.Net then i can implement the same procedure for all different functionality that i need when ever.

Hope you got it what am saying.
I want a complete procedure on how to start the coding for a macro in vb.net.

In my opinion you don't need to code it in .NET. You need to write Excel Addin. How to do this? Create new workbook, add module and frequently used funcions and procedures, save it as Excel Addin in the default location. Then Tools->Addins. In the "Addin window" click "Browse" button and find your addin...
