Getting Error for the code below -

query.InnerXml = "<where><eq><fieldref name="ows_LinkFileName" /><value>
Type='Text'>"+FileName+"</value></eq></where>";

{"'<', hexadecimal value 0x3C, is an invalid attribute character. Line 1, position 1."}

Cant get the id of the file from sharepoint last uploaded.
