c sharp application deployement : how to attach my database?

Hi i created a simple c sharp application that uses sql server database i finished the application and i want to deploy it nut when i tried to cdo that using the click once method it didn't work in another pc because the application is expecting a sql server database.
i'm asking of the right way to deploy my application(the client should only setup the application to work without need to install sqlserver ) ... waiting for your help and thank you in advance :)
