Combobox validation in silverlight 4.0

Hi

I am doing proj in silverlight 4.0 using C#

I have binded combox with database , getting data in that, but now i want to open a link by clicking a button on same page but this new page sholud be open only when user get select some values in combobox..
so plz help me for this validation.
