Message passing update database sesssion id is display in concurrent window

I have working in c# 4.0
Three tier application the database is update from webservice through the session id the id display for main window. The problem for concurrent window running the update message is not concurrently run.

Not clear and not enough information. What is "concurrent window"? To best of my knowledge, there is no such thing. Do you mean threads?
Try to picture the perception of one trying to answer your question. Do you understand that we don't have a crystal ball? And our access to you hard drive is limited :-)
