subdomain uploading and its process

sir i want to know how to create subdomain and where i have to upload files

ex: abc.com(main domain link will be like dis: www.abc.com)
subabc.com(subdomain link will be: www.subabc.abc.com)

and there will be httpdoc while uploading thru FTP so i want to know in which folder i have to upload and is it i have to giv index.html only in subdomain folder..??

please undrstnd my bad english and i wish u can understand something if any clearity you wanted plz let me know and suggest me wat i have to do

As I understood your question you can add sub domains in you web space provider control panel.

Contact your web space provider and ask them whether if you can add sub domains or not.

It depends on your web hosting provider that if its free or not. May be you should charge them for adding new subdomains.

And after finding out how to do that you will relate a subdomain to a folder in your web space.

The answer to the second question is yes you can add default page(index.html) to the linked folder to each individual sub domain.
