Cannot run C# project

I have completed a project in C#.After making setup of the project, I changed my computer name.The database server is sql server 2005.So when I try to run the project, its still taking my old computer name to run the crystal report.I changed the name to new server name in the whole program.But still old servername is taking.When i press F5 also ,its not running.What is the solution? Please help me...

Have you tried file search on your project directory to find out if there still are any old references?

I searched.. But could not find any references..

Have you searched inside every file? Download Agent Ransack - it's very quick at finding stuff in files.

Just a note: you cannot say "I completed a project" if you have a situation like that. You should have tested the application on other computers starting from the day one. You also are not sure what part of the artifact is your source code, otherwise you would see it immediately.

Could you have set the connection string within the Crystal report itself, thus even after changing the connection string elsewhere the application still uses your old machine name.

If terms of not running, does the application compile?
If so then what is the startup project set as, have you checked the properties for the project and choosen a startup object?

Ya Naicker, in crystal report i 've set connection string.
THe problem is only with crystal report.In the crystal report forms i've changed the string,but still..
Now i set the startup project,it can be compiled nw. Thanks a lot..
But what abt the other problem?? :(

Ok.. THanks a lot for the replies.. Ive made it..
The crystal report was still taking the oldmachine name because it was not updated.Now i changed it.. Sorry to disturb you all..

If your problem is solved then make it as solution or solved so if other will get the same problem then they will use your question for their help..
