Have you tried anything yourself? This is probably requires a registry edit to make the change (which can be done). Find where the directory address is actually stored and then change it (not the folder itself - the string used by the browser to know where it is - as I say, probably in the registry). Be very careful editing the registry - you can completely break programs.

Edit: I assume a registry edit as the webbrowser control is merely a version of Internet Explorer for developers so probably uses the same storage address. Changing the registry would change the storage location for Internet Explorer (desktop browser) as well as the Control. Do not change a users default cookie storage location without their express permission - I don't see why you really want to do this anyway to be honest...

I need have a some instance from Webbrowser with different cookies. I create one application that use Webbrowser, and I run it, but all instance from this application have a one cookie, :( I need , Thay had different cookie,
for example I run IE and connect to the Yahoo, I need the connect to another Yahoo mail in next Tab, IE and other browser don't support it, I want to create it.

Not a good idea. You can't change the folder path for just your instance of the WebBrowser control. If you make the change, it changes for every instance of the WebBrowser and Internet Explorer.
