Sorry if I misunderstood, but "use it to store emails on my local pc" (seemingly) suggests that you local PC is a client of some ASP.NET application, which really would not have access to it, but you wanted to access that e-mails by that application, which would be impossible. Should I understand that you use IIS just as a mail server? If so, how this is related to ASP.NET.

Now, it comes to different problem: now I fail to understand what is you problem. If the mail application is executed on your local PC and your pickup directory is also there, what's the problem to access them? (Location, format, what?)
