i want to create a database called e-Personnel,with table Employee and Department and populate the tables with meaningful, realistic data(the use of stored procedures is strictly prohibited). You may use LINQ and Delegates

Here is what is expected of enquirers:
1. TRY first what you want to do!
2. Formulate what was done by you that looks like an issue/not working.
