Version Conflict in Vb 6.0 Package

Hello,
I have problem in Setup of a Desktop Application made in VB 6.0 . Following Error Comes when run the setup. It says about the Version Conflict of Dll's.
A File being copied is not newer than the file currently on your system. It is recommended that you keep your existing file.

some vb6 dll may not compatible with the target win system

did you try inno setup for www.innosetup.com
it will give some note when compiling the setup to prevent this
