problem regarding visual studio 2008

Hello Friends,
Recently i had updated my visual studio 2008 with vs service pack 1 but now iam facing a problem i cannot add any file to my solution and it is giving a error "the command you are attempting cannot be completed because the file '' that must be modified cannot be changed" if someone ever had faced same kind of problem please share the solution of this problem
