Hi everyone,

I have been testing a few things with android, and I came across a weird problem, and I would like to know if this is a known problem or missing functionality.

I have been communicating with a webserver to retrieve xml files, this worked perfectly. However, if I use a local server, with the name 'test' or ip '10.0.0.101' it doesn't work.

It works when i put http://10.0.0.101 but not when I put http://test

So there is a problem with the name resolving functionality..
I know it's neither the coding or server config, because it worked for Windows Phone.

Anyone who could confirm this?
