First of all, someone can certainly do it (any decent UI developer), but I'm not familiar enough with you to tell you if you can -- you should know better.
Secondly, what do you mean by "desktop application"? Tag it: WPF? Forms? anything else?
And finally: what did you try? What's the problem?
