scroll bar problem in hosted website

I hosted my website,

Offline its work successfully,
but online in my registration page scrollbar is goes upward after 1 second,so i dont able to fill bottom detail of registration page,

ofline it work properly,

I use adrotator and timer in this page.


i dont understand why it happens,


and other problem is that when we login after 5 to 6 min my page is redirected to login page again although i increased the session time in my web config and in control panel andiis manager..


so plz help me out.
