Google is your friend: Be nice and visit him often. He can answer questions a lot more quickly than posting them here...

The OCR function is the simplest of your problems to solve; a quick Google search tonight returned numerous free packages for downloading. The greater challenge would seem to be acquiring the images to be processed, and converting them into a format that is usable as input to a selected free OCR application. What have you done to accomplish this part of the task? Post your code, and we may be able to help.
