How To Get Selected Values in Excel

Hi,

I am uisng Excel as Template for billing purpose in my project. I import excel in my project it show 3 radio buttons Yes,No,Not Assigned. I have multiple rows in my sheet. If i select 'No' Button In sheet it show that perticular all serial numbers ('No' serial Numbers only) in one perticular cell in same sheet. If any one Please reply me.....
