Solution 1

First, WHY??

Second, only an admin can do that. Normal users cannot do that and hence neither will your application since it's being run as a normal user.

Actually, it IS an answer, but not a complete one as the OP didn't provide sufficient details as to why they want to do this.

What he want's to do isn't a viable solution to any problem, so the question remains...Why? Maybe there's another way that's more acceptable and will solve the problem more appropriately.
