DataGridView VirtualMode with DataBinding

I've been reading about dataGridView VirtualMode property and I'm not clear on weather I have to handle CellValueNeeded and CellValuePushed events for a dataGridView that's binded.

I have a dataGridView that's bind and I want to implement virtualMode. Do I simply set the VirtualMode property to true and that's it? Or do I need to handle the events?
