HOw to make Single SignIn Using Http POST in ASP.NET

There are Two Web Applications. these two contain Login as well as Home pages
when i go to Application One and login it goes to Home page. In home page it contain a button call Next Application when i clicked that it directly goes to Application two's home page because both application contain same credential..

Help me please

Solution 2

The session will not be the best approach in this case, you can keep the details in the Cache. whenever someone logs in validate the login details from Cache,
and don't prompt for login page, this will surely solves your problem

Can I have sample on this please. because I used to post my uname pword through HttpWebRequest / HttpWebResponse. but still having problem on redirect the home page on app2.

Use session and pass it to another application. Search how to create session on google

Normally Session is not secured way to post data through network now days, Am I Correct?
