Just what is it that you want to know about Minneapolis College of Art and Design? Or is it Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination? Or maybe Montgomery Central Appraisal District? Montgomery County Police Department?

From your excellent example we can make unexpected conclusions.

"What is the difference between Minneapolis College of Art and Design and Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination" has exactly as much sense as every CodeProject question in the form "what is the difference between {0} and {1}". Just think about how such question could possibly be answered.

In this way, the decryption of those abbreviations does not matter when it comes to answering such "questions". It's absolutely does not matter it this is ABCD or XYZ -- the correct answer would be the same. :-)

By the way, I marked the question as off-topic (after looking at the answer by André Kraak). I think we generally should not answer on exams, certifications and other bureaucracy. It has nothing to do with real software development and computer science.

Well I would have to disagree with that. I think that it's a perfectly reasonable question IF it is indeed related to Microsoft certifications exams. We cannot know this from the question itself since the OP did not bother to define the terms. But if we are to assume that it does indeed relate to the certifications then there can be only one answer to "what is the difference?" (paraphrasing) and the answer would be, "None they are all equally worthless."
