Solution 1

Looks like few files might be missing on server.
Copy aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\CrystalReportWebFormViewer4 folder into your virtual directory.

Refer: Crystal Report Viewer Export & Print buttons are not working[^]

See if this works.
