Draw Real Time Graph

Hi,

I'm doing a project from c#. It's about a spirometer. I want to draw a real time graph for the corresponding serial port digital values. I use 18F452 pic.
I want help to draw the real time graph (just like Windows task manager---> CPU line graph). Please help me!
