Telerik RadGrid PageIndex(CHeckBox Column)

I have RadGrid in that first column is CheckBox column. I set the AllowPaging="true" as well as Page Size="5".

Problem : when I check checkBox in one page of Radgrid then I will move to next page there also i am checking checkbox. but when I came back to previous page where i checked that checkBox has been unchecked......
