how to create 2d double array in eclipse-android & use it in several loops for reach a siutable answer?

I'm trying to write a program that will be compute Area of any close polygon & I need several edit texts & loops, so I want a method that help me to use an 2d double array of variables & "for" loops (method) to use every member of this array in multiple loops.

"I want a method"... okay so write one. What is it that you expect anyone here to do? "I want" is not a question and you will not find anyone here are will write an area computation solution for you. A "2d double array of variables" does not make any sense.
