Hello everyone
I would like to create a c# desktop application that has ability to call a phone number through a modem connected in the computer. During research I ended up in TAPI. For now I wish not to use TAPI rather I would prefer coding form scratch.

It would be helpful if anyone pass me some reference links, tutorials anything.

Thanks

It does not work like this here.

Here is what is expected of enquirers:
1. TRY first what you want to do! You may find that it's not that hard.
2. Formulate what was done by you that looks like an issue/not working.

Try them and tell if you face issues.
Members will be more than happy to help like this.

Sorry, but then it looks to me that you are not yet qualified for this work no matter how good answers you can get; and your question is not yet qualified for this forum, that is, actually off-topic. To participate in this forum as a inquirer, you need certain prerequisites depending on the topic of the question.

This is not a problem at all; probably you should get to some other, simpler project. You see, all successful software development method I ever knew have one feature in common: a developer perfectly understand what she or he is doing at the current step. Even is some parts of a project are vague at this moment. And you don't know how to plan. We just don't have resources to teach that skill.

Good luck,
