can we save data of Datagridview after entering

I have columns Id,Name,Address,Mobile.
i want to enter mobile in datagridview. After changing that cell it should get saved to database automatically.

You would find lots of tutorials on this at Microsoft Videos How To. Its quite a common task to perform, so have you searched?
