Read the error, see if it says about specific user permission it needs.

For example, if it says, MyComp\MrZ insufficient privilege, then go to inetpub, in your C:, where your IIS related files are present, provide access to the user for the application. Also, provide access to the same user to folder where you are saving the excel (if it is outside inetpub folder).

You need to see by yourself whos permission is missing and then provide it.
