Conversion from Framework 3.5 to Framework 4, Reference question

Hi,

After conversion from Framework 3.5 to Framework 4, we always have some reference error messages in output window that is "System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly"

I really don't know why it happens, can any one help me please... ?
