how can I check the process during windows 7 lock?

hello guys,
I am making windows 7 locking & unlocking program using bluetooth with MFC. For this program, I want to know the state of processing when windows locked. I wondering whether the program I made and the process of locking windows are running. I used LockWorkstation() function for locking windows.
Anyone knows how to check the process?
