I would like to make a program for handling pdf file in c# ,so how can i add/updare/save pdf file in a perticular folder & to view the list of all pdf file that i saved in that foledr.

One of the good tool, I have come across it iTextSharp. Its open source. And its free if you are not using it for commercial purppose.
