Want Usb port to work as Com port for AT commands.

Hello dear,

I want to read sms from mobile devise by connecting it through usb cabel.
I worked to read sms by using AT commands it works fine for me in case of Com port with serial cable. But not working with usb port so I want to do that work USB as Com or virtual com.
Any type of help will be appreciate; if solution is of free ware then most welcome & grand thanks to you.

Solution 1

Most mobiles connect via USB as a Com port - so it should work the same but with a different name.
If it doesn't, then you may need to look specifically for the exact make and model of your mobile - we can't help without knowing that. But look for it as a Com port first!
