how to link connection string and application

hi,
how to connect database and application ,using installshield,i am developing setup file for database & application .to install application and database simultaneously using set file/exe file in the client machine.tables and SP's are created in the system.problem is how link this table and application using connection string.please tell any solution for this.

Consider adding 'InstallShield' to the tags of your question, and removing 'C#'.

using InstallSheild developing setup file to install sql server along with application exe file.database was created, but problem is how to Connect this database and application .
