Webpart and fileupload problem

I have an visual webpart there i have created an Fileupload from the toolbox when i browse and then save i want it to save in an sharepointlist column, i have got other things to work like text , but i can't make it happen with an Fileupload i want to upload an picture... can maybe someone help me?
