How can i utilize asp.net membership website in another system with sql server database and without the visual studio?

Hi i am implementing the website in my system with the asp.net membership using the SQL server database.
I need to test in on another system which is not have the visual studio but it has the framework. Is my website is work on that system or not?

I tried it but the browser throwing the exception at Membershi.ValidateUser() method.

Why it is not working how could i solve this issue.
