You can use WMI, to get all printers[^]. The Port and the Local properties can be useful to find the locally connected printers. And here is a quick sample, how to list them: http://include.wutils.com/wmi/ROOT%5CCIMV2/CIM_ManagedSystemElement/CIM_LogicalElement/CIM_LogicalDevice/CIM_Printer/Win32_Printer/cs-samples.html[^], you need just to refine the query.
